New Hope Railroad Online Gift Shop In-Store Pickup Policy
Eligibility for In-Store Pickup: Orders placed online through the New Hope Railroad Online Gift Shop can be picked up at our gift shop at the New Hope Railroad Train Station Platform, 32 W. Bridge St, New Hope, Pa, 18938. The option for in-store pickup is only available for items currently in stock at our location.
Placing an Order: When placing an order, customers need to select the 'In-Store Pickup' option during the checkout process. Please ensure all the information, including contact details, is correct. Unfortunately, we won't be responsible for any incorrect information provided.
Order Confirmation: The customer will receive a confirmation email with a purchase summary after placing an order. This confirmation email will also include instructions on how to schedule the pickup.
Scheduling a Pickup: To schedule a pickup, customers should email [email protected] with their order number, full name, and preferred pickup date and time. We recommend scheduling the pickup at least 48 hours in advance to ensure we have enough time to prepare your order. Please note that a requested pickup time is only guaranteed once our staff has confirmed it.
Pickup Confirmation: After the customer has requested a pickup time, our gift shop staff will verify the availability of the selected date and time. Once the availability is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. This email will include the confirmed date and time for pickup and the location of our on-site gift shop.
Picking Up the Order: The customer or their designated named person should present a valid photo ID and the order confirmation number, either in digital or print form, when coming to collect their orders. We maintain this protocol to ensure the safety and security of our customers. Only the individual whose name is on the order or their designated representative will be permitted to collect the purchase.
Pickup Window: Orders should be picked up within 14 days of scheduling the pickup time. If orders are not picked up within this timeframe, they will be returned to stock, and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Changes and Cancellations: If the customer needs to change or cancel a pickup time, they must email giftshop@
